Condorcoat EC 930
Condorcoat EC 930 is a unique nanotechnology wash-passivation agent for the treatment of ferrous metals, galvanized steel and aluminum. Condorcoat EC 900 series products can be used to replace aging pretreatment processes such as phospho-degreasing or zinc phosphate treatment. In particular, Condorcoat EC 930 replaces the phospho-degreasing process and guarantees higher economic efficiency. Working temperature from 20 to 30 °C.

The product is designed to combine a powerful degreasing effect with a surface conversion treatment. The nanocoating layer that is formed on the treated metal surface can be characterized as follows:
homogenous, homogenous and waterproof;
The thickness is usually about 40 nm, which is more than 10 times thinner than ordinary amorphous phosphates. Condorcoat EC 930 has a low impact on the environment, as it does not contain phosphates and toxic metal compounds, VOCs, guarantees low energy consumption, has a low impact on COD.
The use of Condorcoat EC 930 provides significant economic and operational benefits:
low working temperature (20-30 °C, lower than in traditional processes);
sediments, sludge do not form;
less maintenance for equipment;
longer service life of the bath;
reduced water consumption;
Condorcoat EC 930 can also be used in a one-step degreasing/resurfacing process, as the surfactants in it provide the removal of oils and greases that are normally present on untreated parts. It is preferable to dilute the composition with demineralized water. Both spraying and immersion can be used.
After processing the part, it is necessary to rinse it in demineralized water. The pretreatment process using Condorcoat EC 930 is compatible with all coating processes.
Condorine SG 515 BT
Condorine SG 515 BT is a low temperature alkaline degreaser suitable for ferrous metals and galvanized steel.
A balanced combination of surfactants and specially selected components guarantees high degreasing capacity and thorough cleaning of parts even at moderate temperatures. The special composition prevents foaming even at low temperatures in spray systems.
Complexing substances ensure the retention of iron in the solution, thus reducing the formation of deposits. Condorine SG 515 BT is already effective at a temperature of 20-30 °C, which is 20-25 °C lower than that required for conventional products. After a long period of use, metalworking and industrial painting companies highly value Condorine SG 515 BT.
Condorine SG 576 N
Condorine SG 576 N is a passivating degreaser for high pressure washing machines. Suitable for processing all types of metals and materials (steel, cast iron, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, plastic). Condorine SG 576 N neutral degreaser is used both in intermediate stages of processing and in high pressure operations (eg high pressure deburring). The special corrosion inhibitors contained in the composition protect the processed parts from atmospheric corrosion. The non-foaming formulation can be used at low temperatures. Therefore, Condorine SG 576 N is a versatile product that can be used in a wide range of applications.
Condorfos K 12 L
Condorfos K 12 L is a liquid phospho-degreaser suitable for ferrous metals. It is an easy-to-use, highly concentrated formulation that works even at 20°C. Given the optimal pH for its operating conditions, it does not require neutralization. This allows the amorphous iron phosphate salts to settle on the surfaces, preparing them for the subsequent coating process. Below 40 °C, Condorfos K 12 L provides a degreasing and passivating effect, protecting parts from immediate corrosion after drying.
The product can be applied by dipping or spraying, even in specially equipped open areas, using low-pressure nozzles or, even better, using high-pressure washers, on large parts or heavy metal structures that are difficult to handle in tanks or tunnel systems.
Condorfos K 12 L can also be used without rinsing if there are no so-called dead zones on the treated parts: in such cases you can simply let the parts dry before painting without rinsing.
Paint remover SVA 583
SVA 583 is a universal paint remover for polymetal systems, suitable for ferrous metals, light alloys, galvanized steel, aluminum, etc. Even at room temperature, this s SVA 583 removes solvent-based, water-based and powder coatings (epoxy, polyurethane, polyvinyl, etc.) from any metal, avoiding from the use of compounds containing chlorinated solvents.
With a certain period, SVA 583 removes paint layers of considerable thickness, up to several millimeters, acting at room temperature, which is 40-50 °C lower than standard paint removers.
In addition:
does not contain methylene chloride, phenols or other particularly dangerous solvents;
not classified as flammable;
the composition can be removed by simply washing with water;
processed steel parts do not rust after cleaning.
Condorite 796 N
Condorite 796 N is a neutral etchant suitable for ferrous metals, galvanized steel and aluminium. Condorite 796 N is recommended for deoxidizing metals even at low temperatures: it has strong deoxidizing properties and is able to remove surface oxides and mineral residues from components.
Typical applications:
removal of thermal oxides after laser cutting or welding;
treatment of thick rust/calamine layers;
removal of scale and insoluble salts in hard water.
Its balanced composition and almost neutral pH value protect the base surface, concentrating its action on the contaminants to be removed. This ability to be non-corrosive to workpieces allows for significant changes in operating parameters and flexibility.
Condorite 796 N also works at room temperature; Suitable degreasing additives can be used together. This allows etching and degreasing to be carried out in one operation, even at low temperatures.
The product is odorless and does not emit harmful fumes. Not classified as a dangerous substance according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP) as amended.
