Special lubricant for linear guides

LHL-X100 is designed for the continuous lubrication of linear guides and moving machine components. It ensures a uniform and stable lubricating film, reduces friction, and significantly extends the service life of guide systems in industrial applications.

Unlike conventional CGLP slideway oils, LHL grease form a durable and consistent lubricating film on mechanical components that stabile of washing away by coolant.

Even at extremely low speeds (near zero), LHL maintains a substantially more stable lubricating film compared to oils. As a result, the “stick-slip” effect is effectively eliminated, ensuring smooth and precise movement — particularly critical for CNC machines and high-precision mechanical systems.
LHL lubrication systems are installed in the latest CNC machine models from leading manufacturers such as Doosan, Mazak, Okuma, DMG, Amada, and others.
